Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at gayathrithreadcouture@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
For cancelled orders or appointments that qualify for a refund, please note that the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
No Refund After Shipping: No refunds will be provided for orders canceled after the product has been shipped or is out for delivery.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
